Brand Guidelines

The VAOne
Visual Identity

Official brand guidelines for partners, affiliates, and team members. These standards exist to protect the brand's premium positioning. Please follow them precisely.

01 — Color Palette

The VAOne Color System

Every color exists for a reason. Deep Navy communicates authority. Antique Gold signals premium value. Warm Cream provides the editorial foundation. Never substitute or approximate these values.

Color Do's

Use Navy as the dominant background for premium sections. Reserve Gold exclusively for the most important elements — CTAs, price points, key callouts. One gold element per section maximum keeps it premium.

Color Don'ts

Never use gold decoratively or repetitively — it loses its signal. Never substitute generic blue, black, or grey for the brand navy. Never use bright white backgrounds without a cream alternative available.

02 — Typography

Font Pairing System

Two fonts only. Cormorant Garamond for all display and headline use. DM Sans for all body, UI, and functional text. Never introduce a third typeface.

Display · Headlines
Cormorant
Garamond
Use at weights 300–400 only. Weight 300 for large display text. The serif elevates perceived value and communicates "established authority." Never bold — it destroys the elegance. Minimum size: 18px.
Body · UI · Functional
DM Sans — precise,
modern, readable.
Weights 300 (body), 400 (default), 500 (emphasis). Never 600 or 700 — looks heavy. Use italic sparingly for quotes and tagline moments. Minimum size: 12px for UI labels.

04 — Brand Voice

How VAOne Speaks

Every word choice communicates either "I am the expert you've been looking for" or "I am another vendor." The brand voice is confident, clear, and authoritative — never apologetic, never overly casual, never salesy.

Pillar 01

Architecture, Not Assistance

Say "build," "architect," "deploy," "infrastructure." Never say "help," "assist," "support," or "handle."

Pillar 02

Ownership Over Subscription

Emphasize ownership, permanence, no SaaS dependency. "You own it outright" is a core message in every context.

Pillar 03

Clarity as a Power Move

Technical depth in delivery. Plain language in marketing. If a busy CEO can't understand it in 10 seconds, rewrite it.

Pillar 04

Founder Story as Credential

Angelique's origin — self-taught, built from necessity — is the most powerful positioning asset. Lead with it in authority content.

Say this

"We build the operational infrastructure your business runs on — custom CRM, automation, client portals, and billing — in one system you own outright."

Not this

"We do web design, virtual assistant services, and CRM setup — affordable packages available for businesses of all sizes looking for help with their tech."

Tagline (official)

"We don't just build websites. We build peace of mind." — Use verbatim. Never paraphrase or modify the tagline.

Investment language

Never say "affordable" or "cheap." Say "investment starts at $8,000." Price signals are part of the brand positioning.

05 — Email Signature

Official Email Signature

All team members and affiliates representing VAOne Agency should use this signature format. Customize the name and title — keep the company identity and tagline unchanged.
